The Grumpy Bakers are a passionate bunch committed to producing the very best sourdough breads and viennoiserie in Midleton Co Cork. Irish and organic ingredients are combined on site as much as is possible to bake our handmade sourdough breads and pastries. Organic flours from Oak Forest Mills, Dunany flour, Shipton Mill and Kells Wholemeal are combined with Irish Atlantic Sea Salt to make our sourdough breads. Irish Gourmet butter is folded into our pastry to create the delicious layers in our pastries that our community love. Our breads and pastries slow ferment from 24 - 48 hours - no additives, no shortcuts.
